Public offer

22 October 2026

This document sets out the terms for obtaining and using a Yusra Kids subscription. Paying for a subscription means accepting these terms.

1. General

Operator: MCHJ ARCom (arcom.uz). Services are provided within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

A subscription is a points balance granted for a set period, together with the right to visit partner venues using those points.

The list of partner venues and their counter prices may change; the actual price is always shown at the counter and in the app during a visit.

2. Points and packages

A point is an internal unit of account. It is not cash: points cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

The maximum base counter price of 1 point does not exceed UZS 25,000; the exact cost of a point is calculated from the tariff charged during the visit.

The platform offers three package types:

  • Trial — 7 days, 4 points. Available once.
  • Standard — 30 days (720 hours). The number of points is chosen in the app: Start, Standard, Active (Family).
  • Top-up — +3 or +5 points added to the current subscription. No new subscription is opened and the period is not extended.

3. Payment and activation

Payments are made via the Telegram bot, Rahmat, Payme or Click. The subscription is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If a payment is late or fails with a technical error, contact us through the Telegram bot.

4. How points are spent

Base points paid for with money (base_points_balance) are always spent first, followed by bonus points (bonus_points_balance).

Points may only be spent within the stated period. Any remainder is zeroed out when the period ends and is not carried into the next subscription.

Points are charged for a visit, for starting the timer and for extending a session.

5. Rollover rules

On a regular renewal, 50% of the remaining base balance (rounded up) carries over; with auto-renewal, 65% carries over.

Rolled-over points do not become base points and are not rolled over a second time.

If the balance is not enough to enter a venue and the user buys a new package, the previous base balance transfers to the bonus part of the new subscription in full (100%).

Points are not compounded and are not compensated when spent early.

6. Check-in and timer

A dynamic QR code or 6-digit PIN is generated in the app. The QR lives for 120 seconds and can be used for one visit only.

The cashier confirms the QR or PIN, points are deducted immediately and the session timer starts.

You receive a warning 5 minutes before the session ends.

One subscription covers a family of 1–4 children; each child has a separate session timer.

7. Overstay and extension

A 10-minute grace period applies after the timer ends. No points are spent during it, but it affects the next visit.

If the grace period is missed, the extra minutes are charged at the venue’s additional-hour rate.

You can request a remote +1 hour from the app; the extension is paid with points.

8. Early cancellation and refunds

If you cancel the subscription early, all granted bonus and rollover points are cancelled.

Spent base points are calculated at the maximum base counter price of 1 point with no package discount; 20% for acquiring and operating costs are also withheld.

The refund is calculated as: RefundUzs = MAX(0, amount paid × 0.80 − base points spent × base point price).

A visit can be cancelled at the counter within the 10-minute grace period.

9. Limitation of liability

The operator is responsible for keeping data safe, processing payments and the accuracy of settlements.

The quality of services, safety and technical equipment of a venue, as well as the actions of its staff, remain the responsibility of the venue.

Liability does not extend to losses caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, restrictions by state authorities).

The operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

10. Complaints

Complaints are sent via the Telegram bot, the portal or +998 99 430 03 04. The operator replies within 10 working days where possible.

The decision on a complaint is given in writing (by email or Telegram).

11. Governing law

This offer is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Law “On Electronic Communications Networks”.

If the terms change, the new version is published on the site with the date of the change.
