Privacy policy

22 October 2026

This policy explains which data the Yusra Kids service collects, how it uses it and who it is shared with.

1. General

This policy is issued by the operator of the Yusra Kids subscription service for children’s playgrounds and trampoline parks.

Operator: MCHJ ARCom (arcom.uz). The operator processes personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Consumer Rights Protection” and other applicable documents.

2. Data we collect

The operator collects the following data:

  • To set up the subscription: name, phone number, Telegram account identifier.
  • To handle a visit: the child’s name, year of birth and the child code issued at check-in.
  • To process a payment: transaction details handled by the payment provider (full card numbers are never stored).
  • For partner requests: venue name, contact phone number and a comment.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to issue the subscription and confirm payments, register visits, run session timers, track the points balance, improve the service and contact users.

Legal basis: the contract with the user, the user’s consent, statutory requirements and the operator’s lawful obligations.

4. Children’s data

The operator collects the minimum amount of data about children: name, age and the child code, only to identify a visit and attach a timer.

Children’s data is never used for marketing or profiling. Data relating to the parent (for example, proof of parenthood) is requested and recorded separately.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with:

  • Telegram — to deliver notifications and manage the subscription through the bot.
  • Payment providers (Rahmat, Payme, Click) — to process payments.
  • Partner venues — only the data needed to register a visit (child code, visit time, points).
  • Yandex Metrica — only with the user’s consent, for site analytics.
  • Government authorities — when required by law.

6. Retention

Subscription data is retained after the subscription ends for the period set by law (including complaint handling and disputes).

Visit logs and settlement history are archived for the periods defined by regulations. Data is anonymised or deleted once the retention period expires.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your stored data, its correction or deletion.
  • Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing messages.
  • Demand legal protection of your personal data.
  • Edit your profile or cancel the subscription via the Telegram bot.

8. Security

The operator applies technical and organisational measures: encryption, role-based access control, logging and regular backups.

Data sent over the internet is protected by a secure channel (TLS). The operator is responsible for the confidentiality of the data.

9. Contact

For questions or complaints, contact us through the Telegram bot, the partner portal or +998 99 430 03 04.
